Maira Herrera
Artist, Illustrator & Designer.
Based in Manchester and originally from Chile, Maira Herrera is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator and designer. With a background in Architecture from Leeds School of Architecture.
Her work is inspired by nature, the moon, the sun and natural elements, blending surrealism with vibrant colour palettes. Drawing influence from music, animation and popular culture, Maira creates immersive digital worlds that feel both playful and dreamlike.
At the heart of her practice is curiosity — exploring ideas through colour, form and imagination, allowing each project to take on an identity of its own.
